A conservatory trained recording engineer, producer, and cellist, Marlan Barry has created audiophile and concert recordings of the highest quality for some of the most acclaimed musicians working today. He trained for four years with Grammy award winning recording engineers Jack Renner and Michael Bishop through a unique joint program with Telarc Records and the Cleveland Institute of Music. Marlan specializes in orchestral, chamber, operatic, electro-acoustic and jazz recordings and is equally comfortable working on-location or in a studio. We are based in New York City.
